The Day I Fell Into an Oilslick

I took this Friday, December 11, 2006 before heading out to get my lungs x-rayed to determine whether or not I have pneumonia. After several weeks of a spring-like tease, it was bitter cold here in the Delaware Valley and the first time this season I broke out my warm leather winter coat...I spent more time on this mod than I spend on most, and I'm still not all that crazy about it, but I'm posting it because it is the ultimate example of my color palette, it has all my fave colors in it! Modification completed the following day on Saturday, December 12, 2006 in the late afternoon - not in the wee hours for a change, imagine that! For the record, I do not have pneumonia, although I could barely walk across the room without getting winded, and my job requires lots of energy, especially when I need to make the kids smile for their pics...and I was looking, feeling and sounding very sick, so they sent me home Friday and told me to stay home on Saturday, and rest up so I can be there and ready to go bright and early tomorrow (Monday)!
